Our goal is to examine the factors that underlie wellbeing throughout development, especially during adolescence. We are interested in understanding why adolescence is associated with positive outcomes in some people and life-long negative outcomes for others.
As part of the COVID-19 Psychological Research Consortium study (COVID-19 PRCS) we have started studying the impact of Covid-19 on young people aged 13-24. Our focus has centred on the impact of the pandemic on increasing social, economic, and health inequalities and the long-term impact on the wellbeing, education, and future prospects of young people.
